  • "I worked with Steph and Chris. Both were pleasant people and overall, helpful. Steph was the original person to 'sell' me a 2020 Yamaha Grizzly with 552 miles and a 2006 trailer. I know buying used, one can possibly have issues. I live over an hour away so I called in when I saw these items on their website. The ads stated everything worked, even specifically saying lights on trailer worked. I asked a handful of questions about the ATV and was assured it was gone thru and all was good. We struck a deal on phone and I went arrived at 230pm to pickup the trailer and ATV. Upon inspection, the ATV winch did not work. I was told by Steph they would make it right for me having to now wait about an hour while they put a new winch on. They did put a new winch on, which I was thankful for. I than figured I best go over trailer, and no lights worked...brake, turn, running...nothing. So I asked about new trailers and what could be done, and not a dollar could be lowered. Their mechanic, who I give credit to, did his thing, found a bad wire and fixed it. So far, 0 for 2. Two hours later, I ended up leaving without my items as I had wrong ball size for trailer...my fault. I returned next day with correct hitch. Steph was off (which I knew) so Chris assisted. He did go over the machine and explained a couple helpful items as my past ATV was older and a few changes have been made. It was helpful. But, as we went over stuff, noticed a few bolts, washers not correct on front rack. A technician was very helpful and got the correct items and put together correctly. Finally, as we hooked up trailer, the trailer chain hook was missing a clip on the hook. The tech tried to fix it, but was unable. People were fine. But the described products they were selling....not so good!! They were NOT as stated in ads. For having gone thru them, a customer like me could find these issues in one minute. The bummer part, nothing was done $$ wise to make it right. But they did repair while I waited. I am in hopes that we caught all the issues, as I did buy them and now have at home."
